The Online Inquiry Center (OIC), operating under the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a digital platform for submitting and obtaining information on missing persons.
The platform is available to family members of missing persons as well as to other individuals who may have relevant information.
The OIC is designed to:
- simplify information submission
- support search efforts
- ensure secure data storage and processing
All data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation and information security standards.

The OIC is a platform where relevant and valuable information is collected and stored for use in the search for missing persons.
In the Requests section, you can report a missing person by providing key details such as:
- name
- date of birth
- last known location
- and any other available information
Additional information may also be submitted if available.
Information is shared with third parties only in accordance with applicable legislation and based on the consent provided.
